43 Clearwater on the Lower Mill Estate is a fabulous holiday home ideal for family gatherings.
Located on a 450 acre nature reserve in The Cotswolds Water Park, the property sleeps 11 with a maximum of 8 adults.

There are plenty of on-site activities for the family to enjoy, such as the luxury spa and pools, on-site restaurant, tennis court, MUGA play area, outdoor playground, trampoline, lakes and water sports!

The property has been thoughtfully furnished with all the comforts you need on holiday to feel at home from home.
The home is set up for children with toys, board games, high chairs and travel cots if required.

There is plenty of space to dine, entertain and relax.
The dining table seats 10 (plus 2 high chairs).

Ground floor
2 Double bedrooms plus 1 children's bunk room (please note, the bunk beds are not suitable for adults).
First floor
1 Triple bunk room (double bed at bottom and child single on top, the single is not suitable for an adult).

1 Double bedroom (kingsize bed)

There are 3 bathrooms in the house (one of the bathrooms only has a bath and loo and does not have a shower!)
